Complete The Forms

We will provide you with our Terms and Conditions, along with a form to fill out. This form is essential in helping us tailor our matching process and placements to perfectly align with your unique requirements. By completing it, you enable us to gain a deep understanding of your needs, ensuring we find the ideal Au Pair for your family.

Identify Suitable Candidates

We will carefully select ideal candidates from our extensive database and present you with a tailored portfolio to choose from. Any questions you have will be promptly addressed, and we’ll arrange interviews with the candidates you’re most interested in, making the process seamless and stress-free.

Accept the Offer of Employment

Once an Offer of Employment is extended and accepted by the successful candidate, we move to the final stage of our screening process—conducting a thorough criminal background check. Although all candidates confirm they have no prior criminal record, we require formal verification before completing the placement to ensure your peace of mind.

Settle the Placement Fee

The final step involves the candidate signing the offer of employment, followed by the family settling the placement fee. At Adored Au Pairs, we provide comprehensive support to the family by handling all necessary contracts and ensuring a smooth transition.

How We Screen Our Candidates

CV Screening

The Interview

We handpick candidates based on their CVs and conduct in-depth interviews. The Psychometric Evaluation
